Что хочется сказать по ситуации в целом. Касательно Украины: failed state закономерно и неизбежно fails. Это было ясно с самого начала. Укрорежим доживает последние дни. Войска успешно проводят операцию. Не столь молниеносно, как многим бы хотелось. Но, мы смотрим наперед, и уже заботимся о поствоенной Украине. Которая сделала все, чтобы нам это затруднить.
