Тут мог быть очередной клинический случай о том, как я видел массивную внутричерепную гематому почти 300 мл со смещением мозговых структур на 3 см. Шоки. Наверно это единственная тема на патфизе, билет с которой я реально хочу увидеть на экзамене. Потому что это тот самый «типовой патологический процесс», который на практике вообще не типовой. Очень хотел попасть на лекцию и пару по патфизу на тему шоков. Наверное, весь год ждал именно эти темы.
