Краматорск, Славянск, Лозовая и Северодонецк основные центры предстоящей военной кампании в битве за восточный фронт. Мэр Лозовой Харьковской области Сергей Зеленский рекомендует жителям эвакуироваться из города: «На данный момент нет угрозы для Лозовщины, но в последние дни стала чаще возникать угроза ракетных ударов. Провели переговоры с руководством Полтавской области по поводу помощи в размещении лозовчан».
