بعد اغتيال الرئيس الحمدي قال البردوني صنعاء تبكي على فراق حبيبها لبست لباس الحزن ثم تزملت رحلت أمانيها وطاح عسيبها وبدم قائدها الشهيد تكحلت زادت مواجعها ومات طبيبها هل تضحك الحسناء يوم ترملت تبكي على قسوة فراق زعيمها وبكائها منه الجبال تزلزلت.
