Genau das, was ich immer sage: Testung ablehnen ist keine Schulpflichtsverletzung. Egal welcher Test. Er ist freiwillig. Bei nicht erfolgter Testung muss die Schule den Zutritt verwehren. Das tut sie nicht gern. Denn damit liegt die Verantwortung bei der Schule. Deswegen werden Eltern regelmäßig gezwungen, eine Beurlaubung (mit ärztlichem Attest) einzureichen.
