【國安法首案】唐英傑煽動分裂國家、恐怖活動兩罪罪成ㅤ判囚 9 年 國安法首案今午 3 時判刑，被告唐英傑周二（ 27 日）被裁定「煽動他人分裂國家罪」及「恐怖活動罪」兩罪罪成，三位指定法官昨日聽取求情後，押後今日判刑，三名國安法指定法官，即杜麗冰、彭寶琴及陳嘉信，當中「煽動他人分裂國家罪」判囚 6.5 年、恐怖活動罪判囚 8 年，當中兩年半刑期分期執行，被告就兩罪入獄共9年。 根據《國安法》，恐怖活動罪，情節嚴重者，最高可判囚終身；情節較輕，則判處 3 至 10 年監禁。至於煽動他人分裂國家罪，情節嚴重，可判處 5 至 10 年監禁，情節較輕，則判處 5 年以下監禁。 辯方昨日求情指，本案只涉及揮動旗幟，屬「情節較輕」，又指被告行為魯莾但非蓄意，被告已深感後悔，人生已因本案被摧毀。律師又提及唐的祖母患癌，或因本案不能見她最後一面，希望法庭判刑時盡量寬容。控方昨日求情完畢後特別邀請法庭參考由控方提交的內地法律資料，但法官指有…
