Сегодня мы сделали еще одну ступеньку – 33 часа СрВД (среднего времени доставки) И что бы Вы думали? Добавка к базовому тарифу… выросла! С 15% (при 35 часов СрВД) до 23% Мы удивились и написали в Озон. Получили ответ: «наверное, потому что мы (Озон) пока убрали из расчета Калининград, так как у многих селлеров не получается получить слоты доставки туда» Мы про себя подумали – да, точно не получается в Калининград (…

Сегодня, 23 марта мы, наконец, увидели цифру 90% ИЛ. Она, заодно, оказалась эквивалентом 35 часов СрВД (среднего времени доставки) Но… поздно… даже если мы успеем коснуться 95% или пойти выше, стоимость нашей логистики уже никогда не сможет быть «такой низкой» Ибо, как подсчитали наши финансисты-аналитики, 50% экономии на логистике при 95% ИЛ это все равно на 15-20% лучше, чем обещанные ставки / тарифы при 29 часах …

Зачем Озон меняет ИЛ на среднее время доставки товара? В очередной раз повысить стоимость услуг (логистики) для поставщиков? Ну, эта задача решается гораздо проще – подъемом стоимости тарифов. И не надо никаких революций! Озон хочет «руками селлеров» опередить конкурентов в одном из основных видов соревнований маркет-плейсов – скорость доставки заказа покупателю. Раньше (и пока еще теперь) – ответственность селлера…
