The world is not multipolar. Nor is it bipolar. The world remains unipolar, dominated by the United States. As a result, ASEAN will seek to develop closer ties with Washington rather than with Moscow, particularly in light of Russia's debacle in Ukraine.

I briefly explained the Kremlin's hybrid warfare strategy in an interview with India-based NewsX TV: Provoke your potential opponents, but don't do anything that causes serious damage; That way, you give them a reason to eventually respond forcefully; When that happens, Russia - already weakened by the war in Ukraine - will not be in a position to fight; As a result, it will suffer a defeat.
