Это в центре города на улице Белинского уже несколько дней более 20 машин в день застревают на ремонтируемой дороге. Почти месяц на этой улице ремонт не ведется, техники нет, никаких дорожных знаков нет, вроде бы планируют только весной проложить асфальт.
