بجز Pneumoperitoneum که مهمترین یافتشه، توی سمت چپ هم یه آتلکتازی ساب سگمنتال داره فک کنم که زاویه کوستوفرنیکشم بنظر میاد یذره بلانت شده که خب بدلیل همین آتلکتازیه نه پلورال افیوژن، و خب توی همچین بیماری انتظار میره همچین یافتهای داشته باشه چون به دلیل درد شکم و اون التهاب پریتوئن معمولا بیمار نمیتونه خوب و عمیق نفس بکشه و به دلیل تهویهی نامناسب قواعد ریه که مستعدتر هم هستن دچار این نوع آتلکتازی میشن 👀

#Case_14 بیمار آقای ۷۰ ساله با شکایت از دیسفاژی از حدود ۳ ماه گذشته. برای بیمار فلوروسکوپی انجام دادیم و بعدش این گرافی رو هم از بیمار گرفتیم. با توجه به گرافی بنظرتون واسه بیمار چه اتفاقی افتاده؟
فکر کن، آنوریسم یا توموری که نوروسرجن بخاطر محل بدش و ریسک زیادش میگه عملش غیر ممکنه، بیماری که مجرای صفراویش بسته شده و در یک قدمی پیونده، بیمار با کنسر ارگانهای داخلی که خیلی از جراحا ممکنه بگن قابل جراحی نیست و...، همهی این عزیزانو تو میتونی فقط با اسکاری به اندازه یه نخود و As minimally invasive درمان کنی و امید ببخشی به زندگی این بیماران :)))
