Assalamoe'aykoem, De inhoudelijke zitting tegen onze zuster Umm Habiba is momenteel bezig. Het OM heeft zojuist een gevangenisstraf van 5 jaar (!) geëist. De zuster zit al bijna een jaar vast op de TA in Zwolle. Daarvoor heeft ze 1,5 jaar vast gezeten in de al-Hol gevangenenkamp. Vergeet haar niet in jullie ad'iya. Vanavond meer in sha Allah.

Assalamoe'aykoem, Vandaag werd bekend gemaakt dat de raadkamer van rechtbank Rotterdam het voorarrest van de broeders heeft verlengd. Normaliter wordt het voorarrest verlengd met 90 dagen. Het feit dat het voorarrest van sommigen slechts met 30 dagen is verlengd zegt iets over de mate van betrokkenheid en wat er allemaal op tafel ligt dat als bewijsmiddel kan worden gebruikt.
