Рассрочка 50/50 без удорожания. Увидел билборд с рекламой, посмотрел, что там по факту, решил поделиться и с вами. Что на билборде? 50% первоначальный взнос, 50% в 2028 году, скидка 5%. Закрыл еще две сделки, по одной из которых мой добрый друг и одноклассник получил свой законный бонус (хоть и всячески отбивался, но моя финансовая модель неумолима). А вторая вообще космос - мы продали две квартиры, сдали третью, чтобы купить кайфовую семейную четырехкомнатную, еще и ипотеку прикрутили, чтобы субсидию на 450 000 реализовать. Такого удовлетворения от работы я давно не испытывал, мы на такую авантюр…
