با پرداخت خسارت به ACA قرارداد امیر علی اکبری با این سازمان فسخ شد مدت کوتاهی پس از اعلام خبر پیوستن امیر علی اکبری به UFC، سازمان ACA مدعی شد این توافق غیرقانونی است و علی اکبری هنوز با این سازمان قرارداد معتبر داره. ادعایی که البته توسط تیم و طرفداران ایشون رد شد. اما حالا اونطور که سایت Sherdog می گه ظاهرا این موضوع صحت داشته و امیر علی اکبری درحالی که قرارداد 4 مبارزه برای ACA رو داشته، پس از 3 مبارزه این سازم…

رئیس ACA لیگ روسی که امیر علی اکبری پیش از این در اون مبارزه می کرد با انتشار بیانیه ای مدعی شده که امیر علی اکبری درحالی خبر از امضا قرارداد با UFC داده که هنوز قرارداد معتبر با این سازمان داشته و به نوعی قراردادش رو نقض کرده. ایشون گفته ما مدارک خودمون رو برای نایب رئیس و مچ مکر UFC فرستادیم و ضمن محفوظ بودن حق پیگیری این نقض قرارداد منتظر توضیح خود فایتر و مسئولان UFC هستیم. __ @Maziar_Abdollahinia
