電話卡實名制上限放寬至個人10張企業25張 電話智能卡實名登記制度的相關法例已獲行會通過，本周五刊憲，目標今年9月1日實施。商務及經濟發展局局長邱騰華表示，在新制度下，電話卡用戶要向電訊商提供個人資料作登記，包括姓名、身份證號碼、出生日期及身份證明文件副本，每名個人用戶可向電訊商，上限登記最多10張電話卡，企業最多25張電話卡。邱騰華說，是由於在諮詢期間，有意見認為原先建議的上限登記數目較少，因此作出調整。另外，推行時間亦會延長。邱騰華說，第一階段讓電訊商建立登記系統的時間，由原先建議的120日，延長至約180日；第二階段讓現行儲值卡用戶向電訊商完成實名登記的時間，由原先建議的240日延長至360日。有關規例在今年9月1日生效後，電訊商會按要求在第一階段建立登記系統，這段期間市民可繼續按現時方式使用電話卡服務，毋須即時進行登記。第二階段預計在明年3月1日開始，市民由當日起需要開始登記，所有新卡要有實名登記才可啟用。至於現有上台…
