А мы вчера тем временем на Ушу для взрослых сделали акцент на верхней части корпуса. В частности руки, плечи, грудной. Поработали с шестом (гунь), цзянем и веером. Планируем выступить на Фестивале Ушу в Красной Поляне в конце июля. Ну а что?
