Ну вот не знаю даже насчёт национализации предприятий. Всё-таки ещё не всё свидетели приватизации вымерли...

Мусорная реформа, значит. В свое время, например, эта самая реформа прикрыла много мелких кормушек на уровне сельсоветов и их глав.
