Я бы на месте азербайджанских властей набил бы контейнеры с гумпомощью, привез бы и поставил на бетонные блоки на дороге Агдам -Аскеран. И снимал бы на камеру как прихвостни Араика уничтожают еду. Или игнорируют. И пришел бы конец мифу о блокаде.

До истечении срока российского "миротворчества" в Азербайджане осталось 847 дней. До дня, когда Азербайджан официально скажет русским "давайдасвидания", осталось и того меньше, 667 дней.
