اليوم الدولي للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة اعتمدت الأمم المُتحدة الخامس والعشرين من نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني، يومًا دوليًا للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، وذلك بموجب القرار 104/48، الصادر من الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في وقد سبق ذلك اعتماد "اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة" من قبل الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في عام 1979. #JHR
