Тут, конечно, 100% операция. Штифт в б/берцовую кость и пластина на м/берцовую кость. Но есть варианты. Например, у моего деда был точно такой же перелом. Ему установили аппарат Илизарова. Тк перелом был условно открытым(рана и осаднения) + плохая трофика кожи.

Под Новый Год поступил мужичок, года 4 назад. Перелом средней трети б/берцовой и нижней трети м/берцовой кости. Подвернул ногу.
И как правило, забота таких родственников увеличивается к приближению праздников, майских и новогодних. Хотят отдать своих родителей в больницу, чтоб радостно встретить Новый Год или шашлыки пожарить спокойной.

Сейчас будет неприятное фото с пролежнем ягодичной и вертельной области. Причина вызова бригады скорой помощи: кровотечение. Дочка решила маникюрными ножницами иссечь ткани. Причина поступка дочери: скоро Новый Год и видимо захотелось нормально его отпраздновать, не ухаживая за мамой, а выпить и повеселиться.
А вот тот же перелом, но после репозиции.
Именно так звучит правильно диагноз. А не "перелом луча в типичном месте", "перелом дистального конца" и тд. Так же неправильно говорить правой лучевой кости, тк нет правой или левой лучевой кости, есть правое/левое предплечье.
Гололедица = перелом дистального метаэпифиза лучевой кости левого/правого предплечья.
Если кто не знал, то "вывихивается" и вывих называется всегда в честь дистальной части (то есть та часть конечности, которая находится "ниже")
