با گذشت سه ماه از بازداشت #پخشان_عزیزی، فارغالتحصیل مددکاری اجتماعی از دانشگاه تهران و زندانی سیاسی سابق، همچنان هیچ خبری از وضعیت وی در دست نیست. این فعال زن کُرد اهل مهاباد اواسط مردادماه در تهران بازداشت و به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین منتقل شده است. وی از زمان بازداشت از حق تماس و ملاقات با خانواده و دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده است.
#نرگس_محمدی، فعال حقوق بشر محبوس در زندان اوین، برنده جایزه #عدالت_اجتماعی به نام مادر ترزا با موضوع #انسانیت_در_عمل شد. #کمپین_حقوق_بشر_ایران ضمن تبریک به او و جامعه مدنی ایران، خواستار آزادی فوری و بیقید و شرط برنده جایزه نوبل صلح از زندان است و از جامعه جهانی میخواهد تا با فشار مستمر بر مقامات ج.اسلامی موجبات آزادی وی را فراهم کنند.
#علیرضا_جلالی_بیدگلی، وکیل دادگستری با گذشت یک ماه از زمان بازداشت به دست ماموران اطلاعات سپاه در محل کار خود همچنان به صورت بلاتکلیف در محلی نامعلوم بسر میبرد. این وکیل دادگستری تاکنون هیچ تماسی با خانوادهاش نداشته و همین بیخبری موجب افزایش نگرانیها درباره وضعیت وی شده است.
پیوستگی جنبش اعتراضی #بازنشستگان در شهرهای مختلف ایران به معنای استوار شدن هرچه بیشتر یک جنبش منحصر به فرد در تاریخ #اعتراضات_مردمی، نه تنها در ایران بلکه در سراسر دنیاست. توجه نهادها و سازمانهای بینالمللی باعث مشروعیت هرچه بیشتر این جنبش و پیوند آن با سایر جنبشهای مدنی است.
سرکوب فعالان دانشجویی در تبریز همچنان ادامه دارد. بر اساس یافتههای کمپین حقوق بشر ایران، سرکوب فعالان مدنی در استانهای ترکنشین در یکسال گذشته به خشنترین شکل خود رسیده است. در آخرین مورد، #پرستو_فریدی دانشجوی دانشگاه تبریز هم در این شهر بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده است.
فراموش نکنیم #نرگس_محمدی که از امروز در اعتراض به «سیاست ج.اسلامی برای تعلل و عدم رسیدگی پزشکی به وضعیت زندانیان بیمار و از دست رفتن سلامتی و جان انسانها» و سیاست «یا مرگ یا حجاب اجباری» برای زنان ایران دست به #اعتصاب_غذا زده، تنها برنده جایزه نوبل صلح در زندانهای جهان است.
اجرای حکم اعدام #قاسم_آبسته بعد از یک دادگاه چند دقیقهای و توهینآمیز نشان میدهد آنچه در دستگاه قضایی حاکم است سناریوهای دستگاههای امنیتی است، نه قانون و دادرسی عادلانه. چنین حکمی که محصول شکنجه در سلول انفرادی است علیه شهروندی که «خودمعرف» بوده، حکم قضایی نیست، حکم قتل است.
#قاسم_آبسته، زندانی عقیدتی کُرد که ۱۴ سال پیش به اتهام واهی قتل عمد بازداشت و به اعدام محکوم شده بود و به دلیل نبود شواهد کافی مبنی بر قتل، اتهام او به افساد فیالارض و در نهایت محاربه تغییر کرده بود، در آستانه اجرای حکم اعدام است. سکوت یعنی هموار کردن مسیر یک #قتل_حکومتی دیگر.
کمپین حقوق بشر ایران تایید احکام ناعادلانه و غیرقانونی حبس و شلاق علیه #محمود_ملاکی، #اصغر_حاجب، #عبدالرضا_امانی_فر و #محسن_عمرانی اعضای هیات مدیره کانون صنفی معلمان بوشهر و نیز حکم حبس #عاتکه_رجبی معلم معترض و مخالف حجاب اجباری را قویا محکوم میکند و از جامعه بینالمللی معلمان و فرهنگیان میخواهد که در کنار معلمان آزادیخواه ایرانی باشد.
#جواد_لعل_محمدی معلم محبوس در زندان وکیل آباد مشهد، پس از اعتراض به ممانعت مقامات زندان از ملاقات وی با خانواده از سوی ماموران زندان به شدت مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته و با وجود خونریزی شدید به سلول انفرادی منتقل شد. آزار و اذیت زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی رویه ثابت در ج.اسلامی است.
