在中國目前很容易遭遇人道危機的時候，能掌握真正的這方面的知識將有助於你們自我保護。例如，有人聽到許多非正式的信息說聯合國沒有半點用，可是大家想一想，聯合國一個人權特別專員寫一封信就比十億人發帖強很多倍。不知你們是否了解，以前的不少案子，當聯合國的人權專員集體寫信給中國政府之後，這些遭遇人道危機甚至可能身亡的人，他們的待遇得到了改善，至少他們的生命得以保存，而如果沒有的話，例如之前的曹順利被抓，儘管有許多人權組織呼籲，那都未能改善她的狀況，最終死在中共的監禁之中。
