致各位讀者： 大家最近好嗎？謹此向各位致歉，未能如期重新啟動，使各位久等，誠屬失職之責。現在很高興地向大家宣布，自由港已正式恢復運作。以下會交代：延遲原因、重整概況及日後安排。 一、延遲原因 原定二月會重新開始運作，但人手、資金皆短缺：交得學費，交唔出稿費、工作學業壓力下分身乏術，因此陷入蠟燭兩頭燒，手忙腳亂之困境。及後，有一眾手足傾力協助，已籌措到應急資金及穩定稿源。 二、重整概況及日後安排 由於資金短缺，暫只由主編無償營運，並自行補貼稿費，直至收支平衡。短期內，自由港將維持有限度出文，約每月2至4篇文章。在權衡寫手權益及稿費支出下，現階段只接受1500字以內的投稿，每字稿費為HKD$0.5。在社交媒體上將發佈精華摘錄及文章概要，而Ko-Fi會員則可優先閱讀全文。每篇文章發佈一個月後，即會免費公開至社交媒體。期望能夠幫助自由港建立健康的經營模式。 長遠來說，自由港重新收支平衡後，將增加免費文章，及重新接受長…
