Durham isn’t granting anyone immunity. The pleadings were filed by Podesta, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS and the Clinton Campaign to try and make Sussman the scapegoat. This is their last ditch effort to block the information. They’re trying to hide behind attorney/client privilege. It won’t work because Durham has the emails.
