Мосгорсуд удовлетворил требование Лурье о выселении Долиной. Решение суда вступает в силу немедленно - так всегда и бывает в апелляционной инстанции. Это конец истории? Не совсем. Во-первых, Долина может попробовать обжаловать решение в кассацию, но после того рок-н-ролла, что устроил Верховный Суд, на какие-то перспективы там я бы не рассчитывал. Судебное заседание по выселению Долиной назначено на 25 декабря сего года Как уже было пошучено: "В новый год без долгов" Прогнозы тут давать опасно - в конце концов, они по основному делу не оправдались у большинства. Но я сомневаюсь, что их там не выселят. Вопросы вызывают сложности с регистрацией несовершеннолетних и прочих ужасов. Будем посмотреть, конечно, но думаю что тучи там уже у всех сгустились.
