/ ضیا از ۲۸ شهریور بیگناه بازداشت شد. از ۱۷ آبان به بند ۲۰۹ اوین منتقل شده و براش کیفرخواست صادر کردن و در شعبه ۲۹ دادگاه انقلاب با اتهام اجتماع و تبانی تشکیل پرونده دادن. وقت دادگاه برای تاریخ ۲۸ آذر مشخص شده. 12/ علیرغم پیگیریهای مکرری که انجام دادیم اجازه نمیدن قرار بازداشت به وثیقه تغییر پیدا کنه. تازه ۸ آذر وکیل تونست ازش وکالت بگیره ولی میگن پرونده ای که تحویل شعبه شده نصفه است و یه قسمت جدید هم داره. ما نگر…
