من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول إذا أصبح: «اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ» رواه سنن الترمذي.

عن عبد الله بن خبيب رضي الله عنه قال: قال لي رسول الله ﷺ: «قُلْ: قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ، وَالْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ حِينَ تُمْسِي وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ، تَكْفِيكَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ» رواه سنن أبي داود وسنن الترمذي، وصححه عدد من أهل العلم.

عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال: «ما مَسَسْتُ حَرِيرًا ولا دِيبَاجًا أَلْيَنَ مِن كَفِّ رَسولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، ولا شَمِمْتُ مِسْكًا ولا عَنْبَرًا أَطْيَبَ مِن رِيحِ رَسولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ، ولَقَدْ خَدَمْتُ رَسولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ، فما قالَ لي أُفٍّ قَطُّ، ولا قالَ لشيءٍ فَعَلْتُهُ: لِمَ فَعَلْتَهُ؟ ولا لشيءٍ لَمْ أَفْعَلْهُ: أَلَا فَعَلْتَهُ؟» رواه صحيح البخاري وصحيح مسلم.

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبي ﷺ قال: «ما مِنْ يَوْمٍ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَنْ يُعْتِقَ اللَّهُ فيه عبدًا مِنَ النَّارِ مِنْ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ، وإنَّه لَيَدْنُو، ثُمَّ يُبَاهِي بِهِمُ المَلَائِكَةَ، فيقولُ: ما أَرَادَ هَؤُلَاءِ؟» رواه مسلم.
