یکی از موانع شکلگیری هدف از لحاظ روانشناسی اینه که هی به خودمون میگیم: «باید زودتر یا قبلا شروع میکردم» این فکر برای هر چیزی از جمله ازدواج، خرید، درس خوندن و کار مخرب است و موجب ناامیدی میشه؛ فکر اینکه ، "از همین الان هم دیر نیست و من میتونم..." یک موتور محرک برای رسیدن به اهداف است.
روانشناسی اینکه مغازه های معروف و بزرگ اکثرا داخلشون خنک و سرده یک فکت روانشناسی پشتشه. دمای سرد داخل مغازه باعث انتخاب احساسی و دمای گرم باعث انتخاب تحلیلی میشه!!
برای امیدوار بودن لازم نیست حتما در وضعیت بسیار خوبی قرار داشته باشید. فقط کافی است بدانید که همه چیز تغییر میکند. امید در دسترس همه است. لازم نیست واقعیتِ امروز را انکار کنید تا امیدوار شوید؛ فقط کافی است بدانید آینده مشخص نیست و زندگی به جز تاریکی، روشنایی هم دارد. #مت_هیگ @EttminanTejarat
