معالي وزير التعليم العالي المحترم أرجو من حضرتكم النظر في موضوع تطبيق درجات القرار في الكثير من الجامعات ، لأن الآلية الحالية حرمت الكثير من الطلبة من الاستفادة الحقيقية منها. فدرجات القرار وُضعت أساساً لتخفيف عدد المواد الراسب فيها الطالب ومساعدته على تجاوز الصعوبات الدراسية، لكن الجامعة أضافت شرط النجاح في المادة بعد منح درجات القرار، مما جعلها بلا فائدة لكثير من الطلبة فمثلاً، الطالب الراسب في عدة مواد والمشمول با…
