واجمالى الطلاب المشتركين فى الرحلة ٤٠ طالب فقط والاولوية بأسبقية الحجز اى كان الطالب المشارك فى اى فرقة دراسية لتواجد المواقع الاثرية فى جميع المقررات الدراسية للفرق الثلاث
علما بأن الاقامة فى الاقصر بفندق ايميلو ٣ نجوم شاملة الافطار والغذاء والاقامة فى اسوان بفندق اوبلسك ( اطلالة النيل وحمام السباحة) ٤ نجوم شامل الافطار فقط وان موعد الرحلة سيكون خلال الاسبوع الثانى من شهر ابريل
