ارتودنسي ثابت دو فك به همراه دستگاه فانكشنال ثابت بين فكي هم نامرتبي دنداني را اصلاح كرد و هم عقب بودن فك پايين و چانه را درست كرد. @DrOshagh

نامرتبی دندانی به همراه ناهنجاری فک عقب بودن فک پایین و چانه و همپوشانی عمیق دندانی یا دیپ بایت که این مسايل توسط ارتودنسی ثابت دو فک بدون نیاز به جراحی فک تا حد دستیابی به نتایج قابل قبول حل شد. از حجم سيبيل مي توانيد به اين موضوع پي ببريد كه اين اصلاحات ماندگاري خوبي هم داشته است @DrOshagh

درمان ارتودنسی ثابت در این نوجوان با کمک گسترش قوس دندانی بالا و پایین و استفاده از اختلاف اندازه دندان های شیری و دايمی انجام شد و نیازی به دندان کشیدن نبود و فضاسازی به نحوه ایده الی انجام شد @DrOshagh
وقتي ارتودنسي ثابت (براكت و سيم) در دهان دارين همه چيز بخورين غير از غذاهاي سفت و ترد و چسبناك. يعني ته ديگ و آجيل و چيپس و قسمتهاي ترد پيتزا و ساندويچ رو بيارين ما بخوريم يا بدين آقاي ميثاقي بخوره!!! @DrOshagh
در درمان ارتودنسي چون تغييرات به آهستگي در حدود ١٨ ماه ايجاد مي شوند خيلي از بيماران شرايط اوليه ي دندانها را از ياد مي برند. در اين موارد لازم ست عكسهاي قبل از ارتودنسي را به ايشان نشان دهيم. @DrOshagh
دختر نوجواني كه چانه ي صاف و عقب رفته اي دارند. سن مناسب براي اصلاح كاملتر مسايل فكي زماني ست كه هنوز تعدادي دندانهاي شيري در دهان باشند. بدترين توصيه اين ست كه فعلا زوده برو هر وقت همه ي دندانها دايمي شدن به متخصص ارتودنسي مراجعه كن. در اين سن ديرهنگام دو راه داريم: ١) بايد سراغ درمانهاي جراحي فك برويم. ٢) با ارتودنسي ثابت دو فك به همراه فنرهاي بين فكي (دستگاه فانكشنال ثابت)تا حدود ٧٠ درصد مساله ي فكي را برطرف كنيم.…

در این بیمار هم نامرتبی دندانی داشتیم هم جلو زدگی شیب دندان ها که با ارتودنسی ثابت دو فک به همراه خارج کردن چهار دندان آسیای کوچک دندان ها هم ردیف شدند هم جلوزدگی دندان ها اصلاح شد و فضا ها کامل بسته شد و بیمار در پایان درمان اصلا یادش نمیاد که اونجا دندانی هم داشته پس از دندان کشیدن برای هدف ردیف شدن دندان ها نترسید @DrOshagh
