В России часто сложился не западный и не восточный стиль менеджмента, а промежуточный - неопределившийся. Мы не живём в культуре зрелого work-life balance, где ценится результат, фокус и личные границы. Но и не живём в культуре дисциплинированного сверхтруда, где 12-14 часов действительно наполнены работой.
