Через неделю мне 40. И если в 30 я заходил с ощущением, что весь мир открыт передо мной, то в 40 захожу совсем с другим состоянием. В 30 была уверенность, построенная на успехах, росте и ощущении, что ты все делаешь правильно. Тогда казалось, что дальше будет только масштабнее, быстрее и сильнее. Сейчас все иначе. Последние годы сильно меня поменяли. Проблемы в бизнесе, потери, долги, внутренние перемены, разочар…

В поймал себя на мысли, что практически к 40 пришёл в странную точку. То, что раньше было важным больше не цепляет. Деньги потеряли прежнюю ценность. Цели, к которым шёл как будто обесценились. Покупки не радуют, не мотивируют и даже нет желания. Как будто прошёл эту игру. А новую ещё не выбрал. И в этом состоянии есть пустота. Не потому что всё плохо. А потому что старые смыслы закончились. Сейчас идёт пересборк…

Парадокс бизнеса: можно героически гнаться за оборотом и оставаться без денег. А можно чуть точнее управлять ценой и зарабатывать. Оборот это внешний эффект. Маржа это внутренняя сила. Вопрос не в том, сколько ты продаёшь. Вопрос сколько у тебя остаётся. Зачастую все как в поговорке - Торговали веселились, посчитали прослезились!

Никто никому ничего не должен. 🤷‍♂️ Это звучит как свобода. Как право жить без обязательств, без давления, без чужих ожиданий. И в этом есть правда. 💯 Но у любой свободы есть цена. Вопрос никогда не в том, должен ты или нет. Вопрос в том, что ты выбираешь сохранить, а что готов потерять. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Каждое «я не должен» это не отказ от долга. Пересел с премиум-авто на эконом и неожиданно почувствовал разницу не столько в комфорте, сколько в отношении людей. Вчера везу детей на теннис, стою на светофоре, впереди пробка — не заезжаю на перекрёсток, чтобы не создавать помеху. Сзади эвакуатор начинает сигналить, причём настойчиво.
