یک اشکالی که به طرح تجمیع بیمههای پایه درمانی وارد میشود، حذف فضای رقابتی بین بیمه ها می باشد. ۳ پاسخ برای این ایراد وجود دارد: ۱- الان هم رقابتی بین بیمههای پایه درمانی وجود ندارد. ۲- اساساً خدمات پایه درمانی محل رقابت نیست. هدف از این نوع بیمه، ارائه خدمات درمانی پایه بصورت یکسان و عادلانه به تمام مردم ایران است. مثال انگلستان: سیستم NHS بریتانیا خدمات پایه را به صورت رایگان و غیررقابتی ارائه میدهد. ۳- دولت …
