После моего звонка секретарю судьи Чирухиной мою жалобу запланировали к отправке в Верховный суд на 16 ноября. Напомню, что Орджоникидзевский суд получил мою жалобу 2 сентября. То есть на то, чтобы передать жалобу выше, у них уходит 2,5 месяца. И то для этого надо было позвонить. Это как вообще?
