A Justiça brasileira viu dobrar, de 2018 a 2022, o número de pedidos de trabalhadores pra NÃO RESPONDER emails ou mensagens de trabalho fora do expediente. A Reforma Trabalhista de 2017 e a pandemia pioraram a situação porque os patrões se aproveitam da falta de regulamentação do home office pra exigir que os empregados TRABALHEM MAIS DO QUE O ESTIPULADO. Não é à toa que os casos de burnout explodiram depois da pand…
