چطور میشه عملکرد پروتئین های ناشناخته میکروبی رو فهمید؟ تو این مقاله، با توسعه ابزاری بنام FUGAsseM و استفاده از دیتا ‌های multi-omics موفق شدند عملکرد احتمالی بیش از ۴۰۰ هزار خانواده پروتئینی رو در میکروبیوم روده امسال پیش بینی کنند، بیش از ۸۲ درصدشون ناشناخته بودن و هیچ شباهتی به پروتئین های شناخته شده نداشتند، مقاله‌اش open access هم هستش لینکش و براتون گذاشتم خیلی جالب بود

یه سوال دیگه که بنظرم جوابشو خودتون بهتر میدونید، اینه که به این حوزه علاقمندید یا نه؟ 👌اگه به کار با کامپیوتر علاقمندید، و انرژی انجام پروژه های مختلف رو دارید، و صد البته با زیست شناسی از هر گرایشی آشنایی دارید، قطعا براتون میتونه مفید باشه اینم اضافه کنم که بواسطه ai خیلی از کارهای مثل طراحی دارو یا آنالیز ساختاری پروتئین که شاید چند روز وقت میگرفتن، الان در چند ساعت انجام میشن @BioSphere_ntw
