Some clarity: We are still building. Timing is also everything. It is nice to see the market looking a little brighter lately. I am totally aware of and have learned from the road bumps and mistakes. I am totally aware of our budget, and what is and isn't realistic. I do have a plan. We will come back swinging hard. For those that have had patience, it is appreciated.

I've personally had a lot of mishaps in conjunction with the project seemingly being in shambles, as well as the downward trend in the market. I had a major heath scare. A major car accident that almost killed me. A divorce that I managed to somehow turn around and am now working on. Things have not been easy, and all has been a learning experience.
