افسوس می خورم که نگررش عمومی رایج در جامعه این است که ما باید زندگی خود را تا آخر کاملا پر نگاه داریم، به این معنا که همیشه به افق های جدید فکر کنیم. فکر نمی کنم دوران پیری برای این کار باشد نظر خودم: یاد ورزش کارانی افتادم که در سنین خیلی بالا ورزش های سخت انجام میدادند و این مسئله ترند شده بود. من انتظار دارم که در آن سن یک داستان، یک تجربه و حکایت خوب از آن بشنوم تا مثلا انگیزه بشه برای ورزش کردن من https://t.me…
