Buongiorno a tutti. Ci avviciniamo ai 5 da quel fatidico 15 ottobre 2021. In quel momento parecchie persone sono rimaste a casa, perchè è stato impedito loro di erogare la propria prestazione lavorativa conformemente al contratto di lavoro sottoscritto, che non prevedeva un green pass come requisito. Buongiorno, rilevate le ripetute comunicazioni di istituti scolastici che richiedono documentazione relativa all'antitetanica, proponiamo una versione aggiornata del nostro documento. Abbiamo studiato tantissimo in questo periodo. Ciò ci ha reso consapevoli di passaggi giuridici, che sostengono ulteriormente quanto avevamo già scritto. Buon sabato di studio!

Questa la mozione proposta in consiglio provinciale a Bolzano. Peccato che esista il dl 73/2017 convertito in legge 119 con il suo art. 3-bis nel quale non si prevede alcuna decadenza o sospensione per i ragazzi 6-16 che frequentano laboratori pratici a scuola.
