Further FACTS about the horrific Portsmouth case where an alleged foreign “skilled care worker” fed dog food to a vulnerable elderly disabled woman, in care, before she died. I read the report & was sickened. The dog food incident was just one of a catalogue of deeply disturbing concerns.
