به اطلاع مالکین و تولید کنندگان محترم اسبهای ترکمن می رساند که در پی تغییر و تحولات اخیر در معاونت فنی و بررسیهای بعمل آمده فایلهای جدیدی یافت شده است. براساس اسناد و مدارک مشخص شد که نریان «آتیلا 13» در آزمایشات ژنتیکی مردود بوده است. ولی علیرغم اعلام صریح موضوع به فدراسیون سوارکاری، متأسفانه در سال 95 این اسب به عنوان سیلمی ترکمن تأیید شده و تعداد زیادی کشش نموده است. لذا فعلاً این اسب از فهرست سیلمی های مجاز ترکمن…
