ربما الكثير من الناس ينسى أو يتناسى أن هناك فتوى صريحة من سماحة المرجع الأعلى دام ظله منذ سنة 2005 ومن على منبر الجمعة.. بحرمة التصدي والترشح لأي شخص لا يتيقن من قدرته على إدارة منصبه بشكل صحيح.. ولا يجد في نفسه الكفاءة اللازمة لخدمة الناس. وهذا من الأمور الوجدانية التي يعود تشخيص الموضوع فيها الى المكلف فيما بينه وبين ربه.. وإذا كان ما بينه وبين ربه خراب.. فمن باب أولى سيخرب البلد .. ويخرب حياتنا معه.
