上游IDC在维护，所以IPLC的节点暂时用不了，大家可以用美国香港日本的直连CN2节点，APP内有公告的。 至于/mt公益代理一直走的是IPLC线路所以也受到影响，都是可以安装APP使用直连CN2节点的。
