چقدر اضافه وزن در بارداری معمول است ؟ در واقع اضافه وزن در بارداری بسته به وزن قبل از بارداری شما هم دارد ولی عموما ۱۰-۱۲/۵ کیلو اضافه وزن دیده می شود که معمولا بعد از ۵ ماهگی به اهستگی ایجاد میشود . بیشتر اضافه وزن مربوط به وزن جنین ، جفت، آب دور جنین و رحم است ولی البته میزانی از آن مربوط به افزایش بافت چربی مادر هم است . اضافه وزن زیاد وکم هردو برای مادر و بچه مناسب نیستند . @zananvabarvari
