Высота-Сервис с треском провалила собрание по поднятию тарифа и утверждению нового договора управления Количество голосов принявших участие в собрании - 1.5-2% в зависимости от корпуса. Причем примерно половина прогосовала против. Т.е. реальный уровень поддержки Высоты менее 1%

Уважаемая УК, вы снова манипулируете. Сначала вы незаконно урезали услуги по старому договору, а теперь зовёте голосовать за новый, который «ещё больше урежет» наши права. УК «Высота Сервис» всё чаще использует не аргументы, а давление Заявки жителей могут годами оставаться неисполненными, но перед голосованием вдруг начинаются звонки, обещания и намёки: “Проголосуйте — тогда пришлём мастера”. УК «Высота Сервис» в очередной раз подменяет понятия, манипулирует и вырывает отдельные эпизоды из общего контекста. Факт №1. УК «Высота Сервис» продолжает убеждать жителей, что для качественного клининга необходимо очередное повышение тарифа. Но жители ЖК «Ясный» сталкиваются с проблемами качества уборки не первый год — фактически с момента передачи дома в управление, с 2018 года. Обещание покинуть ЖК Ясный в апреле в случае отсутствия кворума собрания управляющая Светлана Харламова называет «материалами информационного характера» т. е. ложью. Другая ложь — отсутствие правовых оснований для ухода т. к. собственники еще на ОСС в феврале 2020 приняли решение о расторжении договора управления, что является достаточным согласно п. 7.1 2) данного договора.
