قبل سنتين من الان خضت تجربة كنت اتواصل فيها مع الأطفال يوميا رأيت الأطفال يختلفون كل يوم في لباسهم الخارجي في مزاجهم اليومي ، في طريقة حديثهم التي تتشابه إلى حد ما مع امهاتهم ايقنت بعد هذه التجربه أن الأطفال مرآة لامهاتهم ، وتأكدت بعد ما كبر طفلي ، ارى نفسي فيه من خلال تعكر مزاجي ومن خلال تشوشي اليومي في سعادتي وفي صمتي وفي حزني وخلال فترة مرت آصبحت هذة المرأة اداة تحسين لنفسي .

صباح الخير مررت الفترة الأخيره بتجربة رائعة بمساعدة شخص ما على عملية تنظيف الأفكار والمشاعر ساعدتني هذة المرحلة من الاتصال الذاتي بداخلي أكثر وضحت لي أهدافي بعد ما كان كل شي متشتت وغير واضح بالنسبة لي اختلفت مشاعري افكاري حتى سمات شخصيتي اختلفت خلال هذة الفترة ( تنظيف الأفكار ) كل شخص تمر به مرحلة سؤال النفس عن معتقداته افكاره كيف اكتسبها ؟ هل هي معتقد شائع بين الناس ؟ أو اكتسبناها من الطفولة ؟ بغض النظر عن كيف …
