Последние недели – это просто какой-то бесконечный вал государственных и окологосударственных инициатив в России по поводу улучшения демографии – тут тебе и запрет абортов, и наезд на ЛГБТ и призывы расширять миграцию, и бесконечные ускорения выдачи паспортов. Небольшое замечание, зачем вообще России нужно смотреть в сторону Латинской Америки. Очень простой пример того, что мы ближе, чем нам кажется. Для справки - минимальная зарплата в России - 16242 рубля.
