самое интересное, что guild одного dao может потом использоваться как валидатор пропоузалов другого dao
в твиттере предлагают интересную governance модель сейчас во многих больших DAO образуются Guilds из участников, которые более экспертны в какой-то области (например marketing, operations). по этой модели proposal должен сначала пройти аппрув этой гильдии, а потом идет на общее голосование и участники DAO могут реферить других как экспертов для гильдии
