Я завжди будував підрозділ на принципах нормального управління: процеси, довіра, зворотній зв'язок. Так, є накази, які треба виконувати, але ніхто не забороняє висловити свою думку - якщо вона обґрунтована, її почують. Скажу чесно: керувати ротою було простіше. Нас було небагато, ми комунікували як сім'я - жили разом і разом виконували задачі. З ростом до батальйону стало очевидно, що одна людина не може тягнути все…

В Україні тестують FPV з подвійним керуванням (оптоволокно + радіо) Головний плюс - дрон не падає при обриві кабелю, а летить далі на радіохвилях. Розробила інженер ЗСУ Тетяна Чорновол, робить «Генерал Черешня». Буде цікаво вже випробувати таку технологію на полі бою.

У квітні 2024 року почалась активна фаза боїв за Часів Яр. Часів Яр став найголовнішим логістичним центром української армії, через нього проходила «дорога життя», останній маршрут, по якому вдавалось постачати гарнізон ЗСУ в майже оточеному Бахмуті. Бої за Часів Яр тривають і залишаються одними з найінтенсивніших на фронті. Підари продовжують тиснути, але українські сили утримують позиції і не дають просунутися да…

На кожну дію завжди з’являється протидія. Якщо підар вже почав так ретельно ховати свої антени - значить, ми б’ємо по них результативно. Для прикладу: з початку року бійці батальйону Pentagon уже знищили понад 40 ворожих антен. Сумарно з результатами інших підрозділів виходить, що їм вже доводиться боротися з цим явищем.

Допомога від Запорізької ОВА закриває базові потреби підрозділу, що дозволяє екіпажам працювати без пауз і без відволікань на забезпечення. На новому напрямку завжди є період, коли треба розібратись: звідки вони лізуть, де перекривати, як правильно працювати - зараз це розуміння вже є, і результат є. Завдяки такій постійній допомозі, ми впевнено продовжуємо працювати.
