Ульяновец получил штраф за то, что почесал щёку Камера автоматической фиксации нарушений ПДД ошибочно распознала его жест как использование мобильного телефона за рулём. Спустя несколько дней ульяновцу пришло постановление о штрафе в размере 1125 рублей.
